Threshold course that explores the use of vocal practice for reconnecting to love at the turning of the year. We use the voice as a meditative, somatic tool, moving through four qualities of love: loving kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity, sending our intentions for the coming season into the bodies and experiencing what it feels and sounds like when we relate to ourselves from an awareness rooted in love.
